Humpy Creek and Grewingk Glacier

This past weekend our good friends, Ashley and Steven, paid us a visit from Colorado. Ashley's parents were also in Kasilof staying at their friend's fish camp so they decided to join us for a little 4th of July adventure at the head of the bay. Since we are very into luxury camping, we stayed in a yurt on the beach, did a lot of fishing, hiked towards the Grewingk Glacier, and had a grand old time in the sun. I don't know if records were broken but it was downright HOT this weekend, especially on our hike. I don't think Hank has looked as miserable on a hike since living in Colorado. However, we don't complain about heat around here and soaked it up.
